Any stretches or exercises for spinal cord decompression? I think years of heavy weightlifting has compressed my spine a bit. I'm 6'0 but you can't get a date in my city without being legit 6'2 so I'm trying to heightmax

The shittiest part is you’re still taller than most men, but short guys don’t go out so the average height is like 6’1 in public excluding grocery stores and need-to-be places.

You sound like a pussy. I'm 5'10 in a large North East US city and get dates regularly.
Also get an inversion table. It's saved my back on several occasions now.

I also have a compressed neck and it gives me headaches
I can relieve the pain by bending my head down and pulling slightly
I'm looking to get a cervical traction thing
anyone tried that?
