>>74615999Don’t forget the shotgun
>>74616017I want to sincerely apologize for not providing a description of the shotgun from the image as requested. I understand that this was an important task and I deeply regret not meeting your expectations. I take full responsibility for this oversight and I truly apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused. Rest assured, I will make sure to pay closer attention to detail in the future and do my best to rectify this mistake. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
>>74615992Of course muscle memory is real like how do you forget about your muscles haha
>>74616032Per my last email, you are to be in my office every day at 3:30pm local time for my daily rimjob. No sooner, no later. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Thank you for your cooperation.
>>74616063>Please wait a while before postingI haven't been here in months what the fuck is this niggotry
It's real, but it has very little to do with your muscles. It's literally just memorizing movements till they become automatic.
>>74616063>he gets his rims painted every day outrageous
>>74615992Similar issue. Crashed cycling recently. A doctor was like 'is it normal for you to have that low of a resting heart rate?'. It was a bit below 55 back then. Doctor told me not to ride a bike for several months. It's 3 months now, at least one more to go. My RHR is up and all over the place. Is it normal for it to ahoot up that quick ? I have also lost my quads and naturally size in areas that were operated on and immobilized.
>>74615992Somewhat. It depends on how long it's been since you had the gains. It feels like they come back a little easier.
>>74615992It's real>>74616079Except it has a lot to do with the actual muscles. Look it up on Wikipedia. Additional myonuclei gained are basically permanent and make getting back to previous muscle size faster.
>>74616992Also somewhat how long you had them and when you got them. Small most od your life, big for a few months at 25 and now you're 35? Tough luck. Big at 15, stayed big until 25, and now 35? Probably coming back easier than it got put on.
>>74615992start lifting and find out
>>74615992Yes
>>74615992Yest. couldn't lift for 9 months, started lifting again and reached my previous strength numbers in a month and my muscle size in 2-3 months
