Is it doable to train like a profesional athlete if you have a full time job? Maybe less hours but with the same frequency and intensity

Depends on what sport. If you have a chill job that you only do 40 a week with minimal commute you could probably do some pretty crazy training.

The image is a popular internet meme known as “Pepe the Frog.” It depicts a green frog with a sad expression, characterized by large, watery eyes and a downturned mouth. The character is wearing a blue shirt. The expression typically conveys feelings of sadness, disappointment, or melancholy.

Depends on the sport. If it's something like swimming or running then no. For those sports intensity comes with the number of hours you can dedicate. If it's a more skill based sport you can assuming you aren't working on the skill too if that makes sense.

I know guys that fight amateur boxing while working at grocery stores or whatever, something low stress so they can save it for the gym. If you're fighting pro the idea is to get enough to cover rent so you can just train all day otherwise you'll get rolled by a guy that has the time/energy for it.
