natural gymming fucks me up at 28 yo bros, im basically paralyzed after gym and the next day. how can i recover faster?

Made insane natty gains because of muscle memory and started pinning test about 10 weeks ago. Definitely recommend a few years natty bare minimum and getting as lean as possible before blasting.
