Need some advice on how to make the most out of a year at the gym. Near the end of 2022 I took an office job that made it hard to work out consistently, and I've hardly worked out since then (probably only 1-2x a week, on average). Before I fell off the bandwagon, my 1 rep maxes were 365 squat, 230 bench, 465 deadlift at about 170lbs. I was working out 3-4x a week.

Now I'm taking a job that will leave me with plenty of time for exercise over the next year. I've lost weight and I'm very deconditioned though, to the point where I probably couldn't comfortably squat 225 for bench 185 for more than 2 reps. Any advice on a good plan/progression to follow while ramping back up to 4x/week? I'm not looking to chase numbers at all. I just want to build back muscle, improve my weak upper body, and avoid injury.
