So basically, I have full month off work and want to finally push some progress on these fucking handstands and came up with idea of using Gtg method. I can endure up to 60 seconds chest to wall handstand and want to increase it to 120 sec. How I want to do it is by having multiple sets (3-5) spread throughout the day where I do 25% RM of my handstand hold (that would be 15 seconds). Theoretically, by adding this much volume I should become stronger in this specific movement, but I fear that practically I will fuck up my wrists from too much work.Thoughts?
