Every day I go and stock up on day old Starbucks sandwiches

Also they have whole turkeys sometimes and always a ton of slightly expired milk and yogurt

What's the ratio of protein to other macros? Always assumed food pantry items would mostly be carbs and fats ladened with goyslop.

Depends what ones you go to

Sometimes they have deli meat like Turkey which is pure protein (just gotta watch out for salt and nitrates)

Any food bank will have tons of eggs and cheese and milk at least and mine always has ground beef but it’s a limit of 12 pounds a month

Ye sometimes they have good stuff just contact your local churches for more info

Best thing I found was a ton of organic bone broth soup, I literally got 20 cartons one time cause nobody else wanted it so I just took all of them
