These people don't get it. I have long ass femurs and would squat for years , down to parallel, in my routine. I got my bench up to 225x6, my deadlift to 415, yet my squat would always plateau at 225 for a few reps. I would go hard as hell, never skip leg day, did a bunch of supporting muscles. Maybe I could have stretched more. But eventually I realized I had very very long legs and long femurs, and I started focusing on other things. Eventually, my legs and ass exploded in size. Screw squatting. It just is too awkward for my body type.

i find wide stance zercher squats to be the most comfortable squat variation by far as a long femur pasty white dude. the weight being in front helps maintain an upright torse.

I just skip quad training altogether and only do dumbbell RDLs. I found that it makes very little difference in appearance and only has upsides.

Double kettlebell front squats feel like a real squat. Bb back and front do provide hypertrophy and strength but they do not feel like im properly in the hole compared to dkbfs

Lean forward without falling over
If your knees bent forwards over your calves, it's over, you are double jointed in the knee (high risk of injury)
MOST women are double jointed in the knees and elbows
They're genetically built this way so men can bend them in freaky positions for crazy sex
