These people don't get it. I have long ass femurs and would squat for years , down to parallel, in my routine. I got my bench up to 225x6, my deadlift to 415, yet my squat would always plateau at 225 for a few reps. I would go hard as hell, never skip leg day, did a bunch of supporting muscles. Maybe I could have stretched more. But eventually I realized I had very very long legs and long femurs, and I started focusing on other things. Eventually, my legs and ass exploded in size. Screw squatting. It just is too awkward for my body type.
I prefer goblet squats and double kettlebell fro t squats

Squats aren't even that good.Just do the machines to isolate different parts of the leg. If you really want to do a compound I prefer hack squats or Smith machine

I am a very long guy. Double kettlebell front squats feel like a real squat. Bb back and front do provide hypertrophy and strength but they do not feel like im properly in the hole compared to dkbfs
