So basically a 2 day split works best for me. I break my routine and lose motivation doing a 3 day split. This is my routine. Tell me what I should change or add, ty anons DAY 1 - CHEST TRIPCEP SHOULDERS>bench press>incline bench press>lat pushdown >db overhead press>db lateral raise>db reverse fly >some dips DAY 2 - BACK BICEP CORE LEGS>db curl>pull up>db row>plank>crunches>db deadlift>db lunges>hip thrusts
>>74619498Trying to cram a brosplit into two days is dumb. Brosplit is already kinda silly and this is extra silly. Just do an upper lower split and focus on hitting compounds first, then your isolation exercises. For instance, doing curls as your first exercise is unwise.
>>74619591Not OP but he's clearly trying to make a Push/Pull routine. You dumb or something?
>>74619498Just do 2 day upper/lower routine.
>>74619591>focus on hitting compounds first, then your isolation exercises. For instance, doing curls as your first exercise is unwise.ty, point taken>>74619780pairing leg exercises (deadlift, lunges) with back day feels right. deadlift after back day is not ideal imo
>>74619498Frequency per week? sets? reps? And as the other anon's said, do big compounds first, isolations later >>74620121>pairing leg exercises (deadlift, lunges) with back day feels right. Then do leg first before back>deadlift after back day is not ideal imoThen do lower day first, then upper
>>74619498going to get front delt rhabdo if you do 3+sets of 3 exercisesand whats a lat pushdown (assume tricep)put reverse fly on day 2
>>74619498The lifts are fine it's the schedule and volume I don't understand. If it's ABxABxx or ABxAxBx it's probably fine. I'd probably experiment with spacing it out more and just adding more sets to some lifts gradually if it's not enough. Or taking away sets from high fatigue exercises.
