The left part of my upper lip is twitching for a few days now and it's beginning to seriously annoy me.Any tips how I can make it stop?

>>74621396Its not what you eat, its what you not eat. Getting more salt might be enough if that is the one you are lacking. If you don't eat a lot of processed food and premade sauces and dressings your salty intake might be to low and you should boost that.
