Did some wide grip (to collars) behind the neck presses today. Lateral and front delts on fire. OHP is 85kg x12, this shit was 50x11. Shoulders actually feel better, I guess because of the stretch - started from lowbar position. Fuck ohp, btn is the best.

My 1RM strict press is 80kg, but I can get 11 reps at 50kg of snatch press no problem.

I used snatch position too. Partly because my grip slipped until hands hit collars, partly because it doesn't require as much flexibility.

Perhaps. My side delts never felt so tired in my life, however. Could be OHP was just pure front delt in my case.
