How do you actually fill out as a taller guy? Like 190-200cm tall? It seems all guys this height are gangly even after lifting 1/2/3/4 for reps, how to get the arms and legs to blow up?

I'm 6'4" 210 lbs and after 2 years I look DYEL. Shirt off people lose their shit at how good I look, but shirt on I'm just a regular dude. I'm literally working my way up to 240 lbs just to look like I lift.

As a natty it’s a catch 22. I’m 6’3 and as a natty I looked big in clothes but I never had abs so my physique was underwhelming shirt off

literally just simply spam bicep and tricep. whatever exercise you enjoy. i have a friend thats 197cm and had the same issue and he just spammed bicep curls and skullcrushers and his shit blew up and has massive arms now. just prioritize that over other exercises if thats important to you

do a brosplit if you please but for the love of god just stay lean and avoid lower body injuries and you'll cruise for life

The aesthetics cutoff is 5'11 or 180cm, after that you start getting diminishing returns.
Anything over that is lanklet territory and 90% of natties will look like skelly DYELs, whether they lift or not.
