Key thing is just measuring it. People see <100 calories and then just drench shit with it. 2 tbsp/30 ml is more than enough for a normal-sized salad.
That balsamic is the lightest I've ever seen anywhere, and it actually tastes good. Next best was like 40 cal per serving.

Anon if your calories allow, try adding double the tuna mixing it all together and putting it into a tortilla then pressing it. Or just mix it all and smear some onto rye bread and then pressing it. Tastes amazing. I used to make cottage cheese and tuna sandwiches with spinach and tomato and some onion on really thin rye bread and pressed in a panini press for breakfast when I was craving bread but didn’t wanna be a fat retard. I’m sure the potato would be a nice addition if you like it. I wouldn’t eat tortillas or bread daily btw, and when you do use spinach wraps and rye bread.
