Cutting is so easy>cut out ALL crap and unnecessary foods>only eat whole foods, that means no processed food>eat real foods until mild satietyNo meme diets, no meme fasting, no measuring out and counting. No cardio. I'm not even avoiding fatty meats or dairy products with decent amount of fats. Started just under a month ago at 91.5kg, down to 86.7kg this morning and I wasn't fat to begin with. I even had a week with too many social events where I went out drinking 3 times which made me plateau for that entire week. Original goal was ~85kg but I will continue through July and maybe go all the way down to proper abs, no 4-pack with slight love handles bullshit.
