Squat goes up easy because 2x a week is high volume, nobody knows to separate power, heavy volume, and burnout volume for bench since you CAN hit chest 4x a week. Some pl programs have you squatting 3x a week and one 531 variation I saw was 4x a week bench.

I'm not even benching 3pl8s it's because I get less fatigue from the lower weights.

It works for pure hypertrophy where you just get a pump as hard as it gets then come back 2 days later, or are holding back a lil and dont go all out 531 style(4x/wk).

I could bench 285 at the beginning of the lifting week and ohp 135 for like 3-4, I found success in focusing one lift. I expect to hit 4pl8 bench in maybe 1yr more or less if I sleep well drink less and dont go to jail again. 245 grinder 2 months ago now my calculated 1rm is 2 sets of 285 b2b.

I bench 245 and hacksquat like 100kg for 5 reps (sorry I only know lbs for bench hahaha) without the extra resistance from the machine which is probably around 60-70kg, since it's heavier than the one in my last gym which had its stated starting resistance is 50kg.
