You don't need to eat every single time you feel hungry.

Peanut butter is over 7k calories a jar for five dollars
>>
>>74760588
Yeh but it's full of seed oils and estrogen
>>
>>74760426
That is a good weight for someone that short
>>
>>74760593
Its not but ok be scared of peanut butter

Peanut oil is pufa, if you eat peanut butter you have no reason to avoid cold pressed canola
>>
>>74759810
are you bulking? Do you care if the bulk is dirtier than most? If so, a simple large chocolate shake from McDonald's will be your best friend because it's just a bunch of calories and I guarantee you it'll make you feel full and as long as you're working out and trying to build mass and put on weight, that's my recommendation but don't do this if you're not working out cause that'd be fucking stupid

Yes, sure, peanut butter is going to give you tit's. For sure.
>>
you’ll get used to it. it’s just your hormones ghrelin and insulin getting used to the new input/output energy ratio
>been fasting regularly but not watching my diet for 3 years now
>great progress for such a shit diet
>approx 15% bodyfat going on holiday (judging by abs only being visible in perfect lighting)
>diet wouldn’t really have changed much because i roughly ate the same slop over there, just didn’t fast
(i did have way more alcohol which is usually packed in sugar tbf)
>dont fast on holiday obviously because i’m having fun and not caring about muh diet n fitness
>get back from holiday
>HUNGRY ALL THE TIME
>takes about a month before i’m used to fasting again
tl;dr you’re gonna be hungry and you’re gonna fucking like it
>>

>checks ingredients
>peanuts
wtf kindof peanut butter are you buying that has more ingredients than peanuts and maybe salt?
>>
>>74761632
If someone claims something consumed for aeons by fitness enthusiasts with literally zero repercussions, just ignore them. They are just on the latest fad diet kick
>>
>>74762144
Claims its bad*** sorry
>>
>>74760593
Natural peanut butter is what he's talking about. It does exist you know. Milk is also fairly calorie dense.
>>
>>74762611
Not for the volume it isnt
>>
Went shopping today
>5lbs ground beef $20
>2.5lbs chicken $3.75
>5lbs carrots $3
>3.5lbs frozen veggies $5
>1.5lbs bananas $0.90
>dozen eggs $4
>4L milk $7
Still working on from last two weeks
>10lbs potatoes $4
>3lbs onions $4
>6L vanilla ice cream $9 (sale item)

Only milk, beef, and eggs are breaking the bank. Why do they hate these superfoods so much. I didn't use to believe that healthier foods were more expensive but now I do.

can you give some sample meals of what youre making from those ingredients in a given week for dinner? Thanks
>>
>>74759810
You don't need to get bigger and stronger. You will look better as you train barbell anyways. Take it easy, OP. Watch your budget but stay consistent with your barbell training anyway.

Learn to cook.

Well I made like 12 servings of chicken-rice-veggie soup for work this week and I will probably make a meat/eggs/rice dish to compliment my meal preps. I like poutine and fries, eggs and hash in the mornings, steamed veggies with rice and pasta etc.. Simple foods. Chili, crock pot meals. Idk. milkshakes are my staple food hence the ice cream. Got a 22lb bag of flour for $11 last week too and made a bunch of pot pies and froze them. Easy food..
>>
I feel like peanuts are better than most of store legumes for eating except for the pesticides

Not yet but not far off either. No pic but 160lbs bottom heavy due to sports, 6' /w visible abs and vasculature. Want to get up to 160lbs with 5-10lbs less fat but that's probably unsustainable long term.
>>
>>74759810
Yes, staying /fit/ is expensive
>>74760426
I had the same problem. Started eating a carnivore diet and easily gained 20+ lbs of muscle. Eat more red meat, raw honey, raw milk, raw butter, and (optionally) fruit.
>>
>>74760426
>>74767601
Also, eggs are great for bulking
Cheap, too, if you buy the conventional stuff

They're going to keep getting more expensive, because (((they))) don't want us to be strong and healthy. The government is literally shutting down farms in Europe as we speak.
