HELLO SAR
>>74760877Being a multibillionaire is great but you don't have to worry about that either
>>74760857it doesn't, it's a nutrient found in meat, so it's like eating a lot of meat, it wont bloat ur face
I haven't noticed any difference since I started taking creatine months ago
>>74760857water weight you get from creatine is intra-muscular. which means it won't go into your veins or other capillaries. eating salt causes intra-vascular water weight retention, which is, as term suggests, stored in vein and capillaries. this in veins extra water causes you to look more bloated. there for creatine won't make you bloated looking.
spironolactone blocks the aldosterone receptors causing you to retain potassium and inhibit the reabsorption of sodium therefore you will never hold water
I haven't noticed any bloating, been taking for month. But a quick question to all while on this topic, should I take creatine on rest days? Is that a waste?
>>74763056i thought once you start creatine you should intake daily to keep the level
>>74763056creatine allows your muscles to take in more glycogen than normal. you’re going to want to take it everyday
>>74760857I just get full muscles from it. face stays the same. but I can imagine it's different for some people.you can always just stop taking it and it'll reverse within a week or two.
