HELLO!
I need suggestions for exercise.
I just finished “100 pushups every day for 30 days”.
It fucking transformed my chest and shoulders! The girls like it. The guys are scared of it. So result 100% positive.
So what the fuck do I do now? What else will give this result in 30 days. My focus is the upper body: losing fat and making arms thicker

Try lifting.

So this is what I did. I went to the gym for 30 days straight. I did 10x10 pushups every day. In between the pushups i did other lifting. So it was basically an ordinary gym session but it always included 100 pushups total. I dont rest bwetween sets. I exercise other muscle groupd. Mainly to stay warm. The pullup bar sounds good actually.

Do you have a actual picture of yourself before/after?

There have been multiple times in my life where i would do 70-100 pushups per day most days for a month, though maybe not everyday, but almost. Like in the range of maybe 2000-2500 per month.
Yet i never noticed it doing anything other than make me better at pushups.
I've seen several videos of different people documenting the same routine as an experiment, and the before/after is always barely noticeable if at all.

Regular old pushups just don't seem to be a high enough impact exercise to cause actual hypertrophy. Maybe if you're a complete amorphous blob when you start, the new physical exertion might cause you to tip over calorie maintenance and you end up looking better at the end of the month purely by dropping a few kilograms?
