Stop eating so much, stop eating trash. If you stop using your hands to put so many calories into your mouth each day you will lose weight. It really is that simple. For me it took a very low carb diet of almost exclusively meat, eggs, low carb vegetables, and some dairy for me to be able to do it but I did it and now I'm leaner than I've ever been and people, especially women, treat me like a human being now.
