I've been doing PC with just 20kg ez bar so far, partly because I'm a DYEL and partly because I'm scared as fuck of tearing my tendon. My strategy is to work up to like 15-20 reps, then slightly increase weight and go back to 8 reps. At which point should I definitely stop increasing weight you reckon? 40kg?
