> I sleep for like 10 - 12 hours, idk if it's because of eating too little or depression.

I do Push, Pull and Rest, so I go 5 times a week.

> I always try to do 4x12 and always go further if I don't fail at 12th rep. Sometimes I fail 3th and 4th sets before hitting 12th, but above the 6th rep.
> Sometimes I switch the weight to fail faster, otherwise it feels like I can do the exercise forever while it hurts.

> Please don't ask me why I don't do legs, I got bitch genetics and my legs are fat as fuck for a male. Just give me your ideas please, I don't really have anyone else with enough passion to discuss these.

I was at first, my max was 150kg on the leg press, and was doing around 110 - 120kg for sets. I got injured and stopped doing it afterwards. I just run a km before each workout now and that's the only thing I do for legs. I walk everywhere I go too.

Sounds about right. Just keep doing difficult things until they're not difficult. Why do people complicate exercise?

>leg press
You got memed and you paid the price for it
Do front squats or zerchers and slowly work them back in your program

I thought heavier weights would make me produce more testosterone lol. For the leg exercises, like I said, I have fat legs and I don't want the muscles under it to push them further.
