I've been steadily losing weight, but while my waist keeps going down, my face seems to do whatever it wants. Some days I look lean, other days I look like a Mrs. Puff. Please help.

If you're seeing changes it's probably not fat. It may be bloat, especially from drinking. Try going sober for a week and see if that fixes anything.
