I'm doing 3x a week full body, added 2x15min HIIT sessions on the weeked.What I have noticed is a slight decrease in energy eating the same. I don't know what's your diet but if you did a drastic change at the same time too, (unironically doing the chicken broccoli thing) you might actually be in a deficit. Not sure what's the mechanism but eating enough to never feel hungry doesn't actually seem to make my weight go up.You're welcome btw. WGMI
