I'm a DYEL and I fell in love with leg day. Don't get why dudes hate it. I'm not the biggest fan of chest day thoughever but that is probably because I can never seem to get my bench press form right. I do barbell squats, leg press, calf raises, kettlebell RDLs and leg extensions. Is this enough?
