Bros how the fuck I’m I so fucking sore after all this years training. Every next day of a workout especially legs and back is a torture. How can this still happen after 10 years? Is there something wrong with me?

I don't get super sore but my muscles are completely fatigued for at least a day, to the point where I can barely crawl out of bed or get up from my chair.

Btw
>eat 2 chicken breasts per day
>cook one big fat rib eye every 4 days
>sleep well
>nofap
>never missed a workout
>only lift x3

I always go hard in the gym but it’s not fucking normal after all these years. What do

DOMS is very influence by the repeated bout effect - once a muscle is worked it will be much less affected the next time. It is - however - also a very quickly diminishing effect. Just a few days can be enough for some people.

I suffer from severe DOMS unless I work a muscle at least every 3-4 days. A 3 day PPL routine is almost impossible for me since the effect is that I am almost crippled by severe DOMS constantly. The 6 day PPL split I do now is almost DOMS-free and I do 3 day full body when I don't have time for 6 day.

Split the volume for each muscle into more regular sessions each week.

You're probably old as fuck and your body can't handle the intensity and can't recover like it could when you were younger

You could have EDS. My wife has it and gets terrible DOMS
