>Look babe, to look like greek statue you need a big and detailed upper back, which you can get by doing heavy pulls like deadlifts, farmer's carries, heavy rows and pullups/pulldowns. Maybe add some neck work as well. The ideal Greek physique is never front heavy like you see in these modern bloated bench specialist like mark bell or whatever. It's always mostly back, abs and powerful thighs. This light weight mind muscle connection thing you're talking about is absolute pencil neck shittery and will only result in pathetic 'cable' physique, meaning you will look like people who only train with cables in the gym. Gross. Not at all Promethean. Yuck.

bros how do I statue of davidmaxx? I'm around 13-15%bf at the moment, abs are just barely starting to show a hint of form. I know I need to cut to 10%bf.

Right now I'm going to the gym ~3-5 days a week. Doing deadlifts, split squats, arm accessory work, and I try to get some cardio in most days. For bench I do incline bench.

Is there anything specific I should be focusing on
