Anyone else not do warm up sets? Just immediately load up the bar and get into their working sets? Is this a bad idea?

Doing a warmup set or two is good for you and can ensure better workouts

you'll find out eventually

Not at all, matter of fact you should start with 95% of max all the time

I'll do some stretching but not much other than that.

I look like that
Is it over?

Depends. Would you consider a one way trip to snap city a bad thing?

No

Doesn't matter. Either your joints/tendons can take it or they can't.

i do like one set with 33% of my max and another with 50% and then have at it never had any problems in like 5 years

Do I get a window seat

if you walk/bike to the gym youre already kinda warmed up, still starting with the empty bar tho to pump the blood in the required area

I warm up on my first exercise. So if I start with bench I'll do the bar for 20 reps, then 60kg for 12 reps, then straight to my working weight which is 95kg. Seems to work just fine. I go straight to working weight on everything else apart from dips. With dips I always do a bodyweight set of 15-20 before putting on a 20kg plate.

Warm ups are a pseudo science cope based on completely nonsensical reasons.
There is one and only one real reasons why you should do warmup sets. It's to see if something is wrong before you load the bar. If you lift 20% of your one rep max and you feel some pain or some weird popping or weakness, you know something is wrong. If you immediately go for your one rep max you may get seriously injured.
Warm up sets shouldn't be seen as this mystical ''bro you got to rev up your body and get le blood pumping'' ritualistic retardation. See it more like dipping your toes in water to see if it's not boiling hot.

I usually warm up with 150% of my 1rm so my working sets are dead easy by comparison.

My tendons love it.

I only warm up for squats. 3 sets of 10 reps. First two just the bar and the third one adding 10 kilos on each side. That's all.
No warming for arms, chest, back, etc, etc....
I just don't have the time, nigga.

I only warm up if ai'm doing low rep. Generally each workout I start with a heavy compound and proceed to my 3rm. I'll work my way up for that. So the first few sets are 12 reps. Then 7/5/5/3 and then cool down with another 12 rep set.

For the accessory work I don't bother since I'm doing reps. If you can do 12 reps you don't need a warm up.

Running is the same way. If I'm doing a long job I just start running the second I step out of my door. If I'm doing sprints I'll warm up and stretch first.
