why not just eat vegetables as your carb source? Sometimes I'll have some rice too but I've started to just eat minimally prepped food. Seasoned thighs and raw vegetables. I mostly only eat oats now as a carb source and I'll have it first thing in the morning right before gym.
I gotta say I'm losing fat pretty rapidly doing this.

It does doesn't it? I didn't feel as full compared to a portion of refined carbs, but I still felt satiated. It's not like I'm going to start being one of those fags that doesn't eat a hamburger bun but I'm going to toy with greatly reducing my carb intake.
