Is yogurt good or bad for you in the long run?

It's good if you aren't a meme diet faggot who does keto. Keto causes hair loss and liver damage.

Great now they're gonna think it's bad because you're facebook crazy person.

Yogurt is one of the best things you can eat as long as it is full fat because the fat contains all the nutrients and vitamins.

I used to be able to eat 500g of yoghurt every day for lunch until I developed lactose intorelance, fuck man I miss eating yoghurt. Such easy lunch and good nutrients.

Probably pretty good as long as it's not sugar-laden crap, i.e. 95% of what the average US grocer carries. Most of the health concerns around dairy vanish after fermentation.

Lately my postworkout snack has been a lil' cup of "plain" skyr (the only one worth eating) with some ground flax seeds mixed in. Is Greek yogurt a better or worse option, do you think? They seem mostly interchangeable.

overall good. I like to get a pint of the unflavored greek stuff and mix it with bluberries and honey.
