When is the "fat adaptation" supposed to happen? is it even real? Depending on where i look it's said to take anywhere from a week to months. No citations ever. Another scam? I'm hungry

Ive done keto alot and it seems to really click together around a month in,

It depends on your body. Every person is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all rule. For me, the first month was difficult I felt low energy and hopeless but then it started to turn and now, years into it, I feel constant stable energy and strength. I lost 30lbs and cut down to 22bmi where I've stayed effortlessly stable. I never get cravings or hunger pains anymore.

offcourse! you take x amount of fat everyday into your foods, you start keto, the amout of fat increases, so your gallblader,pancreas lipase and intestine has to adapt to the new amout of fat.

healthy people will take one to two weeks, ill people or people who has liver failure or even gallblader filled with stones, won´t have the same performance to adapt.(this is why fattos suffer when doing keto).

the secret is doing salts, drinking only water or lime+ water, no sugar or sugary mimicquing substances and no estimulants because they spike adrenaline and that increase blood sugar(no coffee, redbull n shit).

It depends based on who you are (i.e. individual geentics) and what you do (sleep, stress, cortisol, exercise etc.). However, to make the whole process go easier, go ahead and eat plenty of fatty ribeyes and use plenty of salt.

Dont try to be hungry during the firts month or so. Just eat as strictly keto (really fatty meats and eggs) as pssoible. Dont be a pig and eat way more than what you need. But a good sized ribeye three times per day is probably a good palce to start. USe abundant salt, drinkl abundant water. Get plenty of sleep.

Those things make the process run smoother.
