Can someone give me a comprehensive list of poisonous goyslop products so I can completely boycott them? I heard it's becoming "illegal" to do this in some corrupted states so we should all be doing this :)

1. Trans fats (#1 by harm per unit)
2. Seed oils (#1 by total having to be cut out)- it's better to think of what you can use for fats- e.g. animal fats, butter, olive oil (if from vetted brand), avocado oil (if from vetted brand), coconut oil.
3. Added sugars (or eat just sparingly)
4. Artificial sweeteners (can adversely affect gut biome to being actively inflammatory)
