It will also keep you motivated because you will see numbers go up in the lifts for a good while. Recomping, which I did 3 years ago when I first went to the gym, was going so slow that I literally gave up. Also it leaves you without energy to hit the gym and build dem muscles if ya know what I mean you nigger.
