I’m having trouble straightening my front leg in the front splits.( I know it looks like I’m not trying to put that leg straight but I’m really trying and it hurts bad if I try to push it farther than this) I’ve never been flexible but I’ve never stretched consistently either. It’s been about a month of me stretching and I’ve seen a lot of progress in my back leg but the front leg remains the same. I think it had to do with the hamstring in the front so what stretches are good for that? I feel like my front leg is so far from straightening but I’m not making any progress
