premier protein is 25 bucks for a 12 pack at walmart, 160 calories for 30g of protein. Way better then when I used to buy at my local grocery store where it was 12 bucks for a 4 pack.

Protein content is measured using a Kjeldahl analysis, which measures Nitrogen content and assumes it is all protein. For meat or whatever this is fine, I did a lab on it in school comparing raw vs cooked bacon.For Goyslop they add nitrogen containing compounds to it so they can advertise the higher protein content. Chicken breast is 1/4 protein and you think a fucking shake is 1/10 protein?
