I understand that 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep is hitting the nail on the head for muscle recovery, but let's say I eat every 2 hours during my day, would it be more useful for my body if instead of eating one extra meal that day I slept for 10 hours instead of 8? therefor exchanging an extra meal for an extra 2 hours of recovery and growth, im just curious.

theyre seperate things, they both need attention - you cant just switch nutrition over to sleep like switching out currencies
depending on your goals
if you want to cut prefer sleep
if you want to gain weight eat the food
