>>74775315If you want to make it really easy go backpacking in high elevation (7k ft+). You'll have less appetite and will burn a shit load of calories hiking every day. You'll lose that 15 lbs in 2 weeks.
>>74775315>>74775330THIS. Eat less than 2000 calories. Zone 1 cardio, at least 2 hours a day, 3 is better. See if you can put your TDEE to match your caloric intake. This sounds extreme but I've done it before. Over a period of 4 months I went from 220 to 163, that's about 4 lbs a week.
Remove your legs and arms. Easy.
