I used to lift weights and take Creatine about 10 years ago. my max bench was 70kg. I stopped for over 10 years and focused on endurance sports.I've recently decided to start lifting weights again and hit my early workout gains in around 3 months. I'm 35 years old I went from 17.5kg to 35kg for my dumbell press; or 70kg.My question is : Would creatine have made me progressfaster or does muscle memory define what you can lift?
