Anybody else's recovery time for a certain muscle increased drastically?
I had been training pull up 3 to 4 times a week but now I've been barely able to train 2 times a week. I'm also barely doing any volume. I did 3x10 pull ups last sunday and I'm not recovered yet. Should I be worried?
I liked training pull ups more often

no this is extremely normal, the more advanced your progress the less often you can train

once you hit the elite level you need to have months between max effort lifts for your cns to recover

if I were you I would be progressing weighted pullups, scales better

the amount of pullups you should be able to do is highly dependent on your limb length and bodyweight

I see.. U think 3x5 will be better for my recovery than higher volumes?

Most people can't do pull ups with good form so eventually their shoulder won't be able to recover anymore and they get injured.

Try getting lat pulls up to 80lbs and watch your form.

Either treat pull ups as a strength exercise or a skill exercise, and don't do it all year, take breaks.
