Is pasteurized honey still healthy, or is it just sugar syrup?
Yes
>>74776826It's just sugar. Even raw honey is 95% sugar.
>>74776895And that's why you need unheated honey which then should be mostly enzymes if I'm not mistaken.
>>74776826Has some strange magic properties that make it useful for certain things, but ultimately it's almost 100% sugar. Tested in rats, stimulates their body to create leutenizing hormone, which travels to the testes and instructs them to start producing testosterone. Probably does the same to humans, but doesn't ultimately matter all that much. Have to take into consideration that you're still slamming almost 100% sugar for that potentially small tradeoff. Not worth imo.
>>74776826Honey for me, not bee...
>>74777142You are mistaken.
>>74776826how to make raw honey runny?
>>74776895Carbs are sugar too and practically one on this board seems to care about that. Unless your definition of "sugar" is stuff that tastes yummy and sweet and makes your tongue feel good.
>>74779884>Carbs are sugat tooall sugars are carbs but not all carbs are sugar. you have it all backwards honey (no pun intended)
Raw local honey is supposed to help with allergies, and honey in general has a lower glycemic index compared to refined sugar - but agave syrup is ling if that's all your concerned with. This thread is the first time I've heard of any kind of testosterone boost from honey.
>>74776826Honey is just sugar. Use splenda or something else
>>74780519>honey in general has a lower glycemic index compared to refined sugarIf you're not diabetic this wouldn't matter. If you are diabetic it also wouldn't really matter because both will spike your glucose anyway. Honey is just sugar, local or raw isnt going to magically make it healthy for you.
>>74776826You don't need honey, just B.E. yourself.
>>74777142>organic gummy bears are healthy because they are organic
honey is a meme for bro science retards
>>74781313>t. dyel bee
>>74781267What does the E stand for?
>>74781348The E stands for "entirely" and the B stands for "B.E.". So the expression expands to "B.E. entirely yourself, which then further expands to "B.E. entirely entirely yourself" ad infinitum.
>>74780519We ARE all gonna make it.
