I have them and use them but mainly on cuts when I just need to deplete the shit out of my glycogen stores. I don't see much practicality in them for actually trying to gain strength or mass where optimally loaded sets with increased stability is as good as it gets in terms of reliable gains and least required time investment.

my entire routine is made up of bodyweight, rings, and a jump rope.

I use them for pull-ups, easier to mount than a bar in my home, and will do dips when I can get good enough with a dip station to actually stabilize myself.

Also need to use them for angled pushups since I'm in recovery for a pulled pec.
