I do the elliptical hours a day and weeks. Yes, I was overweight as a kid and my mother has giant calves so genetics is helping. But I’ve noticed the number one thing that driven calve growth is the elliptical and especially volume. So many gymcels whine about tiny calves despite ok leg days (when they actually do them) yet not only hate cardio, but at best only do some running and treadcel at best.Get on the elliptical more, and you will get bigger calves. Bigger and better than calve raises IME too and almost all commercial gym have an elliptical.
>>74777141Adding weight is not really a big factor I found.I do two calf raise exercises 6x30 total, 3x week and they don't stop growing. You will feel it if its working. If you don't feel they won't grow.
>>74777174I agree for the most part. I’ve found that it’s mainly volume, but I think resistance can help with plateaus and is good through into the mix every once in awhile
>>74777141>high volumeJust walk on your toes when you're barefoot. Eventually you'll do it naturally.
