I am now without a gym for the foreseeable future. What can I do with a 20kg dumbbell, 30kg kettlebell and a pull up bar. Will it even be worthwhile trying
>>74777318Pull-ups, muscle-ups, pistol squats, whatever meme kettlebell crossfit-style exercises, and whatever meme bodybuilding exercises. Supersets can be a good idea too.
>>74777318not even worth it, itd be virtually impossible for you to gain any muscle at all.
>>74777318>What can I do with a 20kg dumbbell, 30kg kettlebell and a pull up bar."What can I do with [just one X]?"The answer always, always, always, ALWAYS is:>snatches for time You won't get huge. You won't get super strong. But your GPP will be great. Look up a kettlebell sport program and so it with what you've got. If the 30kg is too much to snatch, do hand to hand swings and aim for 250/hand per day. Good luck. You'll be ottermode and well conditioned. Not much more. Consider a calisthenic program to supplement.
>>74777318trying to get your mile time down while maintaining muscle mass is a good way to focus your training without a lot of equipment
>>74777318nothing, it's too heavy, u need 5 kgs or maybe 3 kgs even if u're small/weak an belt, a wall, and flat space
