I meet the minimums, the 2 mile might take a bit of work.
I'd say that's pretty good for someone who doesn't train any of this directly.

I can do everything except the running and maybe be a couple shy on the pull up goal. i hate running. its literal hell to me. Iniired my foot for like a year and a half trying to push it and get better at it. Made it 4 miles non stop, legitimately non stop. Now Im too scared, because that was one of the worst times in my life.
