>deload week
Deloads never did anything positive for me, probably because my volume is already perfect for me. If deloading works, its because you're probably just constantly doing way too much in the first place, like tons of useless junk sets that are grinding your bones/joints/tendons and not actually helping you grow anymore size
truly god-tier

>>74779370I have a deload week every 6 weeks or so, usually when i switch my program a bit
>Deload year
>Deload incarnation
>progressive deload
>>74779370I start3e doing 3 weeks gym, 1 week running/cardio and damn my body feels much healthier. I make gains in the gym typically on the first week back, if I'm breaking PRs it's on that first week when I feel good and rested. Nonstop lifting week after week just becomes damaging without the repair necessary for growth.
>>74779382>sizeIf you're doing a bloat routine you're just training your muscles to hold more blood. Of course you're gonna lose size when your body isn't having its veins and sacroplasms stretched out and abused constantly. That's called your body repairing the damage your body dysmorphia is doing to it. Deloading is helpful for actual athletic routines that develop strength and power.
