For me, it was:
4x10 185lb squats
4x10 Hamstring Curls
4x10 Quad extensions
100 pushups
100 sit ups
100 plated Russian twists
2 mile run 12 minutes 30 seconds (nursing an ankle sprain)

5 mile weighted walk sometime today. Hopefully will go get some super sets for squats, deadlifts, and power clean. I wish I had done more power clean younger. Them fuckers make your upper back HUGE.
