I don't think we really need music for lifting tbqh, in fact I find it too distracting as I enjoy exerting my muscles and feel like loud music gets in the way. I only need it for cardio because it's a boring chore.

I miss my old gym called the BODY AND FIGHT CLUB.Everything was old and rusty. Cable machines required you to pull something down and then push it up again to be in its original place.They exclusively played shit like DMX and rocky soundtracks. Was very based.Sadly the guy at the front was too retarded to check for memberships so many went there and trained for free and they had to close shop because of it.
