These fuckers will do and say anything to keep themselves fat. I tried to rebuke these but they never listen. They are skilled manipulators and liars, and my sympathy has been replaced by hatred every time I look at my health insurance bill.

I was 280lbs (6'3") and I made every excuse.

I got into running and lost 90lbs. I eat right, exercise daily, and enjoy it.
It really only takes a few months of commitment to form a new habit/lifestyle
