Eat 1200 calories per day of lean meats, fresh fruits, and veggies. Walk 3 miles minimum every day. Do planks, ab wheels, and leg raises 3 times per week. Get 8 hours sleep every night. Lifting will make these results better, but is not required.

Walk or jog alot, drink tea, coffee and lemon juice, eat clean and satiating foods. Maybe increase intensity and extra reps at the gym
