Full body and push/pull take too long
Upper/lower is too lower body focused

531 bbb is a 4 day split, you do one of the big 4 each day and then a ppl/c 5x10 accessories so you can blast dumbbells or machines until your heart's content. Use keylifts app make all the calculations simple

Triceps on Chest day, Arm day and Shoulder day
Biceps on Back and Arm day
Shoulders on Shoulders and Chest day
