How much will I lose if I take a week off to heal? I have soreness in my chest and it’s been there for over a month and on Friday I couldn’t even finish my OHP routine even at 15lbs lower than my normal weight.

I’m still cutting to lose weight so I eat at a deficit. I do try to eat as much protein as I can, though. Will I lose any significant muscle? I do plan on running more and my job keeps me walking for a few hours, so I won’t be completely sedentary.

Yeah if you're cutting.

You'll be fine. Take a break, recover, and come back with renewed intensity.
Fitness culture is built upon fear mongering, everyone wants you fearing for your physique so you buy their product. You will not lose all your gains in 2 weeks.
